About Pipe Rehabilitation Guide
About us
Pipe Rehabilitation Guide covers assessment-first rehabilitation planning and the inspection evidence each option depends on.
Pipe Rehabilitation Guide is a specialist subdivision of Leak.ca, the parent company for a network of leak detection, investigation and assessment services. Work is carried out under the network's operating practices and reporting standards, documented by the team behind AnyLeak.ca, the network's service reference in British Columbia since 1999.
What we do
We locate and document water leaks and water entry using non-invasive methods, and we say clearly what the evidence does and does not show. Pipe relining guidance is the focus of this site.
What we do not do
We do not perform repairs, relining, replacement, roof repair, restoration or sensor sales, and we do not claim emergency availability we cannot confirm. Where work is needed, the report identifies the right licensed trade and what to ask them.
Standards
- Findings are confirmed by at least one independent method before reporting.
- Reports are written, dated, and suitable for owners, strata councils, managers and insurers.
- Uncertainty is stated plainly rather than hidden behind confident language.
- No fabricated reviews, projects, certifications or affiliations appear on this site.
